Hello Wolfgang!

It\'s been a while since i checked the forum last time. What I would like to ask
to the community is: Are there any Simmons SDS7 users from Berlin or around out
there. I finally got some Simmons Memory Data Cassettes to save the sounds of my
SDS7 and would like to exchange them with the sounds of other SDS7. I\'d like to
build a small sound library. So everyone with a SDS7 who wants new sounds or
likes to exchange his/her own feel free to post me a message!

Have a nice day folks!

Paul

Hey,

I have a Simmons TMI with four PD7 pads connected into it. The surface trigger
works, but when i put the TMI in stereo mode, it doesn\'t detect the rim
(of course I use input 1 - 3 - 5 - 7) is their a solluction for this problem?

thanks

Your website is excellent. I just bought the Simmons SDMK4, but I can\'t get
MIDI out of it into my Mac. Any clues?

I am in need the actual data entry knob for a SDS7. Does any body have one ?
Rack ears would also be good for the same item and also sds100m rack ears.

Thanks Lee

i have a simmons drum kit with no bass drum spurs. are there any after market
spurs out there that would mount the bass drum? i dont want to use a pipe and
mount it to a whole stand. i want it to stand freely on two legs, old school.
if you have any ideas please email me!

Hi George,
sometimes single bassdrums with spurs include appear on Ebay for a little money. Another and faster possibilty is to let yourself build a pair. The diameter is exactly Pearl size, if I remember right it\'s 7/8 inch (the SDS5 bassdrum pad might have less!) and if you know somebody who is able to weld...?
Best regards
