Hi Wolfgang,i have the mtm which i want to trigger the roland R8 hi hat sounds
using the simmons sds 5 pedal plugged into the mtm(early serial numbers wireing
of sds 5) the mtm manual then shows a 1/4 inch mono jack out to the sds 5 hi hat
pedal in,which i guess also triggers the sds 5 when pedal is closed. The mtm
manual shows all of the 7 pads plgged into the mtm ,but does not show which pad
would be the hi hat for striking, would it be the pad pluged into the sds 5 ?,or
one of the seven pads pluged into the mtm with the same midi note number
??appreciate your help, thanks.

Just to let you know any one needing bass drum legs a simmple option is to get
them cast at a foundry in alummium (sand casting)as i did in the past ,clean
them up after polish or paint.IF you love your SIMMONS watch out for the battery
leaking inside as they are old.take three 1.2 ni cad recharchable batterys rewie
radio shack enclosed case for thee not four batterys so they are easier to
replace in future

Hello - What a GREAT SITE you have! I have 2 Simmons. I have an SDX and an
SDS800. Do you know what type of fuse I need for the SDS800? Thank you.

comment:
Hm, it\'s written on the backside: 250mA

Ineed manuals and anything else concerning SDMK4. It is a 7 pad electronic drum
set. I bought it as a demo.

comment: sorry to say, but you bought a peace of chinese crap labeled "Simmons". It has nothing to do with anything displayed on my site. If you thought you got a peace of drum history, you have been fooled

Hi,
I just purchased a SDS9 and I\'m in the process of restoring the kit to it\'s
past glory. The bass drum is missing one leg/spur. Anyone with a spare?

P.s. thanks for keeping a great site. You should include a gallery of all your
sets.

I have a full set of SDX pads for sale.
Note! They only work with the SDX brain.
