on my sds 9 the snare sound has gone,the trigger light still registers,cable is
ok as is the pick-up.i fear that the snare eprom has developed a fault,any ideas
how to fix or replace?

Last night BBC viewed Orange Rockcorps 2010 in London. Again Mark Ronsen
combined 2 eighties legends in one song - 8 pimped Simmons red taped white sds9
pads and Boy George.Quite a combo.Must say the song for sure works...no one has
as yet loaded a good version to youtube but here is how it sounded when
performed on Jools Holland live.Good to see the 80\'s making a vocal and
percussion impact in modern day music...I hope no aspiring drummers rush out to
try and find these pads :-)

Good to see the Simmons legacy living on.Mark Ronson, producer of Amy Winehouse
has decided to perfor some of his own music...not sure I like the tune but was
encouraged to see some Simmons pads in action.

UK based - Have mint SDS9 kit (5 pads)and brain with all pots functioning with
original box and manual, nothing missing plus comes with Simmons black rack
system, looks better and more user friendly than standard cymbal stand affair -
sensible offers

I have a set (10 pads actually) but a few don\'t make contact or must be played
very hard. How can i remove the surface of the pad when i want to control the
inside?
