Do you know what material the simmons cymbals are made of? Is it a hard
plastic? I appreciate your help

it is Polycarbonate, just the same as the hard riot shield playing surfaces of the regular SDSV pads

Hi wolfgang, just stopping by to pick up some sdsv info, finally got one. still
glad the site is up and attracting visitors.
Oh have you ever seen a name written inside the SDSV pads? I have a B.A Morris
and the number 3 written in marker pen on the wood pad inside . im wondering if
it was some kind of quality control mark...who knows
